PhD title: Modelling Stable Water Isotopes

Investigating paleoclimate questions using the water isotope enabled HadCM3 climate model. These research questions include: 

• What is the long-term relationship between Antarctic temperature and isotopes?
• How do orbitally driven changes in Antarctic accumulation seasonality impact upon the interpretation of ice core isotopic data?
• What is the relationship between ice sheet extent and elevation on snow isotopic composition?
• Can ice cores be reliably dated using orbital isotopic signals?
