General location: Duse Bay, Trinity Peninsula

Purpose

Survey, geology and meteorology.

Occupied

Intermittently 3 June 1953 – 25 November 1963.

Established as a satellite base for Hope Bay (Station D).

Buildings

A second hut was erected on 20 Mar 1956.

Current Status

Transferred to Chile on 29 July 1996 and renamed General Ramon Canas Montalva.
