Fieldwork planning: 2013/2014 field season
Principal Investigators are responsible for ensuring that the following actions are undertaken, to the stated deadlines, in preparation for fieldwork:

| Submit a Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment form | 19th April 2013 |
| Check which permits are needed | 19th April 2013 |
| Submit Antarctic Permit applications (if required). The FCO are currently reviewing the permit application forms. It is likely that these will be ready by the end of June 2013. If you think you will require a permit, please contact the Antarctic Funding Office. |
