email address below and read the short terms of agreement to get started
right away. You will be emailed the details of your account such
as your password and how to change it. The next time you visit this
website you should log in using your existing email and password.

If you fill in a small portion but decide you want to come back later it's no problem. Just log in and you will see which applications you have started. You can then select an application and begin where you left off. You shouldn't feel pressured to finish in one sitting. Take your time and work at your own pace.
