A note on sea ice thickness

When running with the "AMIP II method of updating sea ice" there is no need to define the ice thickness correctly, and no point, since it will be ignored, and set to the conc (in the Ant) and twice the conc (in the Arctic).

If you want to change this, you need to go to rpanca1a.f and edit according to what you want (look for "LICE_DEPTH.AND.LAMIPII"). There is weak evidence that setting thickness=conc in the Antarctic leeds to thicknesses that are too low.
